What happens to calls outside office hours?
Outside office hours, during holidays or vacation periods, callers hear a recorded message with your opening times. This lets them know you’re currently closed and encourages them to try again later, helping you miss fewer calls. You can also choose to stay available for urgent calls only, or inform callers who’s on duty outside regular hours. This is possible with our SME Healthcare Package.
Which features help ensure extra security when it comes to patient data?
You can choose to hide the caller’s number; a useful feature for confidential advisors. There’s also an option to record calls, but if you want to offer patients more privacy, you can set it so that only your side of the conversation is recorded.
Is it possible to manage multiple locations or branches under a single phone number?
